Client:

Design, validation, manufacture, testing, and installation onboard the Navigation Equipment: Bridge Console, WECDIS, Central Alert Management (CAM), Cartographic Server, Military GPS, and Navigation Repeaters.

Navantia ordered Sainsel to design and supply the Integrated Bridge Consoles and Navigation System components for the five Al Jubail class corvettes built at the San Fernando Shipyard. The Integrated Bridge and Navigation System contains the Main Console of the Bridge System, that have the main control systems of the vessel.

Sainsel also supplies the WECDIS application that enables safe navigation without paper charts, the Bridge Alarm Management Software (CAM) and the electronic chart distribution service. In the Course Room is located the Sainsel Military GPS, to ensure a free positioning of interference and spoofing. Furthermore, the navigation repeaters installed in different vessels areas allow the exploitation of the main navigation data generated on the bridge. The integration of these systems constitutes an excellent engineering achievement tailored to the needs expressed by our client.
